FBOLinx-Navigating the Customer Manager Section
Navigating the Customer Manager Tab, Rev 01.07.2024
- When you log into FBOLinx, you will be directed to the Dashboard. Click the Customer Manager tab. See Screenshot A.
- You will see a table that looks similar to the one in Screenshot B.
- This table is a list of all of the customers within the FuelerLinx network, and your unique FBOLinx network.
- The columns in the Customer Manager section are:
- Company
- ITP Margin Template. This is the pricing assigned to that specific operator.
- Pricing Formula. This is the pricing formula you’ve assigned to that operator. (Cost + or Retail –)
- All-In. This is the out the door price assigned to that flight department.
- Tags. You can assign tags to flight departments to help you categorize them. For example, many FBOs will create a “Base Tenant” tag to highlight what operators are based at their FBO.
- FuelerLinx Network. “Yes” means that that flight department is a FuelerLinx customer. “No” means that they’ve either canceled their FuelerLinx account, or you’ve added that flight department to your FBOLinx account.
- Fleet Size. How many aircraft are in that flight operator’s fleet.
- Fuel Vendors. The fuel vendors that that flight department uses.
- Certificate Type. 91 or 135.
- Customer Type. Base, Transient, etc...
- NOTE: You can filter each column using the three dots on the right side of each column
- You can also “stack” your filters. (For example: you can search for Part 135 Operators, who have a fleet size of 25+ aircraft, and who use World Fuel as a fuel vendor.)
- The most important aspect of the Customer Manager section is assigning ITP Margin Templates to specific customers.
- To do this click the chevron in the “ITP Margin Template” column and select the ITP Margin Template you want to assign to that specific operator.
- You can also “Bulk Update Templates,” meaning that you can assign a single ITP Template to multiple operators in a couple clicks.
- To do this, click the “Select All” box in the top left corner. Next, select the “Bulk Update Margin Template” dropdown. Choose the template you wish to assign to these flight departments.
- NOTE: You can "bulk update” pricing based on the filter parameters you choose.
- See Screenshot C.
- You can also use the search bar to search for a specific operator, tail number, and more. See Screenshot D.
- To add customers that aren’t in the FuelerLinx network to your FBOLinx network, click the blue “Add New” button in the upper righthand corner. Input the information outlined in Screenshot E.
- NOTE: These aircraft will say “NO” in the FuelerLinx network column of your Customer Manager section, and will show up as orange icons in your Flight Watch section.
- You can also search within the FuelerLinx Network by tail number. To do this, click on the “Aircraft” tab. Then use the search bar circled in Screenshot F.
- If you click on a specific customer, you can see all sorts of useful information specific to that flight department such as customer details, number of aircraft in their fleet, customer analytics, and more!
- See Screenshot G
