SUBJECT: How to Refresh Trip Data in FuelerLinx Mobile 3.0
In FuelerLinx Mobile 3.0, if an aircraft is missing or if a scheduled trip is missing in the Scheduled Trips tab, then the trip data may need to be refreshed.
To refresh in the trip data, pull the screen down to generate a spinning wheel which will appear above the trip data to signify the data is updating:
Once the refresh is complete, the updated trip data and fleet list should appear (matching the current data from your scheduling program)
You can also refresh the trip data as follows:
Click the Menu button in the top left of the screen:
Click Settings:
Click "Refresh Scheduled Trips":
Note: If the details do not update after refreshing, check the Company Setting "Days Out" limit (in the integration settings via the website version) to confirm/verify the amount of days FuelerLinx is supposed to pull trip data from your scheduling program. If your scheduled trip is outside of the "Days Out" setting the tail/trip will not appear within the Scheduling Integration.
