FuelerLinx USER GUIDE - How to Build & Dispatch a Trip from Dashboard

SUBJECT: How to Build & Dispatch a Trip from Dashboard
  1. Start by going to “Dashboard” and selecting the aircraft you’d like to use.
  1. Type the ICAO(s) you’d like to quote, beginning with the starting point ICAO.
  2. One you are ready for the next leg, select “Add Leg”


  1. After all necessary legs are added, select “Get Fuel Quote” to allow FuelerLinx to begin quoting pricing for all of the vendor relationships connected within the account.
  1. Pricing will soon populate into the “Fuel Price Options” dropdown menu. 
  2. Click on the menu to expand the pricing options & to determine which combination to utilize.



  1. Each column is broken down by category- FBO, Product/Requirement, Vendor, PPG.  Note that the “Vendor Base” column will only be utilized for some International trips where a vendor is not able to break down a quote with/without taxes.
  2. Select the FBO preference (if not already pre-selected) & if a preference occurs for a vendor, you may also do so now.

  1. After determining the FBO/Vendor combination, you can click outside of the dropdown where you will see an option to input date/time(s) of arrival/departure.  
  2. Also, Tax/Flight Type would need to be properly selected if not already shown.  *This is most important for International trips where the quote will be created based off some of these crucial variables.






  1. Select “Dispatch Fuel” to send out a live fuel request to any/all Vendors who require releases.  
  2. This can be done without utilizing the “Calculate Tankering,” however, for users wanting more precise suggestions of uplift amounts, please see our Tankering Basics guide for more information.
  3. Once “Dispatch Fuel” is selected, confirm the request & WHO to send the receipt of the request, by following the guidance and selecting “Dispatch” to complete the request.

  1. All set!  You have successfully built a trip, quoted the trip, & completed the dispatch requests!
