FuelerLinx USER GUIDE - How to add a Direct Price

SUBJECT: How to add a Direct Price 
  1. Within the 'FBO Manager' use the search box to look up the appropriate ICAO 


  1. Select the blue icon to expand the ICAO FBO List 
  2. Ensure 'Direct' is selected under 'Structure' then add the price per gallon under the 'All In' column 

  1. Select the green 'Save' icon 

  1. If you select the blue icon to the left of the FBO you will be shown additional pricing options 
  2. Within the 'Direct Pricing & Volume Teirs' box you can adjust specific settings to a specific direct price. For example, by selecting the box under 'Applies to' you can select specific tails to view the entered pricing rather than all tails. 
  3. Gallon limits can be set for the applied pricing by utilizing the 'Max Gal' and 'Min Gal' 

  1. The newly added price will appear within the 'Fuel Price Options' as a 'Manual Price', please see below:
