SUBJECT: How to Cancel a Dispatch 

1. If you have dispatched for a trip within the 'Scheduling Integration' the leg will appear green 
   
2. Within the 'Fuel Setup' you have the option to cancel the fueling on a leg by leg basis  

1. You also have the ability to cancel a dispatch within the 'Transactions' 
   
2. Simply select the box under the 'Activity' column of the row of the trip you would like to cancel then the 'Cancel Fueling' option will appear in the lower right 

1. Once you select 'Cancel Fueling' the following pop up will appear 
   
2. You can choose which email address you would like to receive the cancelation request then select 'Cancel & Notify Vendor' to ensure the vendor and FBO are notified of the cancelation
