SUBJECT: How to Build and Dispatch a Trip within FuelerLinx Mobile 3.0
In FuelerLinx Mobile 3.0 if you would like to build and dispatch a trip this can be done within the 'Uplift Optimizer' module
- Select the drop down to view all applicable tail numbers
- Select 'Add Leg' to view all applicable locations, you can also use the search box within the location pop up to type in the desired location
- Once you select the appropriate location the leg will appear as follows
- Select the blue arrow to view the leg details
- Within the leg details you have the ability to set the trip date and time. You also have the ability to view applicable fees, location contact information and trip notes
- Select the drop down within the fuel options to view additional fuel prices
- Once you select the fuel options drop down you will be taken to the following screen
- This section allows you to view all of your pricing at this specific location, search by FBO or vendor, and view your preferred locations
- Once you have the preferred vendor and FBO selected select 'Dispatch all' to begin the dispatching process
- You will be taken to the following screen to review the dispatch details for each leg
- Once you have approved the details, select 'Dispatch' to place the live dispatch. Once you do so the dispatch details will be able to be viewed within the 'More' module as a pending transaction
