SUBJECT: How to Dispatch within the Scheduling Integration with FuelerLinx Mobile 3.0
- If your FuelerLinx is connected to a trip scheduling platform such as Avianis you can view the scheduled trips when taping on the "More" button located on the bottom right
- Then ensure you are in the schedule trips tab located on the top right
- Select the drop down within 'Select Aircraft' to view all aircraft with an upcoming trip
- Once you select the appropriate aircraft the upcoming trips will appear below
- Select the trip to view each leg
- Each leg of the trip will show as follows
- Select the blue arrow to view the location details for each leg
- Within the location details you can view all of the available fuel options, trip notes, volume discounts, ramp fees, and contact information for the selected FBO
- Select the drop down within 'Fuel Options' to view the additional prices offered by your vendors, FBOLinx direct pricing, and posted retail
- Review the available fuel price options for each leg by tapping on the next ICAO
- Once you have reviewed the available fuel price options for each leg select 'Dispatch All'
- By doing so you will be taken to the following screen to review the final details such as if you would like to fuel on arrival or departure for each leg
- Once you have reviewed all of the details for each leg, select 'Dispatch' to send the live fuel order request
