SUBJECT: How to Refresh Trip Data from Scheduling
If a newly added leg from your Scheduling Program is not appearing within FuelerLinx, the system may need a force refresh to re-pull trip data from your Scheduling Program. Usually the system should update when signing out and signing back in, however if you're working in both systems (FL and your Scheduling Program) at the same time, then the trip data may need a force refresh.
Within the 'Scheduling Integration' select the yellow menu button > Click 'Refresh Trip Data from Scheduling' to pull the most updated trip data:
