Updating a Transaction Status
- Within the 'Transaction Management' select the box next to the transaction you would like to update, two blue boxes will appear in the top left corner with the options to update the transaction status
Assigning a User
- Once you have selected a transaction the option to 'Assign Users' will also become available
- Once you have selected 'Assign Users' the following pop up will appear allowing you to add users individually or by user group
- Once you have selected the appropriate option the following pop option will appear
- Select the drop down to select the appropriate users then select 'Save'
