FuelerLinx USER GUIDE - How to tell if a Fuel Vendor requires a Fuel Release

SUBJECT: How to tell if a Fuel Vendor requires a Fuel Release
  1. Go to the 'Vendor Admin' > Expand the Vendor details > Check the 'Requires Release' section to determine if the vendor requires a fuel release or not:

Note: If 'Yes' appears, then that means the fuel vendor gets notified when dispatching in FuelerLinx and the fuel vendor should be generating a fuel release.  If it says 'No' then a fuel release does not get generated and the fuel vendor does not get notified when dispatching in FuelerLinx (meaning that you should be able to get your fuel pricing without a fuel release when using the correct payment method).
  1. This can also be viewed in the notes section within the Dashboard or Scheduling Integration:

Note: In the example above Posted Retail does not require a fuel release, however it's still best practice to dispatch for pricing that does not require a fuel release in order to log and timestamp the data for invoice reconciliation purposes.
  1. If a fuel release is missing, please reach out to our Support team in the live chat or email support@fuelerlinx.com and we will investigate and connect you to the Vendor if needed:
