FuelerLinx USER GUIDE - How to set up a Report Distribution

SUBJECT: How to set up a Report Distribution 

Within the 'Analysis' Module you have the ability to set up custom distributions for each report.  This will allow you to set the report up to automatically send on a distribution schedule (example: Monthly, Yearly Quarterly, etc.) 
  1. To set up the distribution select the three dots icon next to the report of your choosing Select 'Create Distribution':  


  1. Enter a custom name and subject for the distribution > Enter email recipients to receive the report in the 'To' field > Select the drop down next to 'Report Period' to select a time frame:

  1. Click the calendar icon by 'Start Date' to view a calendar to select distribution start date > Select the drop down next to 'Repeats' to select frequency of the report distribution  > Click 'Schedule & Send Now':

  1.  To edit the report settings and filters select 'Edit Report Settings'  > Select which tails, airports, vendors, and transaction statuses appear within the report by using the drop down arrow for each section:


  1. The distribution will appear in the 'Analysis Module' under 'Distribution and Scheduled Reports' >  To Edit, Send, or Delete the report, click the three dots next to the report name:
