FuelerLinx USER GUIDE - Transaction Statuses Meaning

SUBJECT: Transaction Statuses Meaning               

                                                           

1. Pending - Pending indicates that a transaction was dispatched in FuelerLinx and no invoice data has been received yet.  
   

1. Reconciled- Reconciled indicates that the transaction has received an invoice and the invoiced PPG was within the discrepancy tolerance range. 
   

1. Discrepancy - Discrepancy indicates the invoiced PPG doesn't match the quoted PPG.
   

1. Canceled - Canceled indicates the fuel request was cancelled by the flight department. 
   

1. Archived - Archived status is for historical purposes.  Moving a transaction to Archived will no longer appear when selecting "Show All" status.  The transactions will only appear when "Archived" is selected.
   

1. In Review - In Review indicates a member of your team needs to review the transaction and check for a potential discrepancy and process the transaction (to push to Discrepancy or Reconciled).
   

1. Show All - This will show all transactions statuses (within the applied date frame) except Archived status.
