SUBJECT: How to add a Company Alias to a Tail

If a flight department has another company name that they would like to appear on the FuelerLinx fuel request emails, this can be done using the Company Alias feature.  This allows you to set a Company Alias per tail (if needed).
  1. Go to Settings > Aircraft Management:

  1. Click 'View" for the tail that needs a Company Alias:

  1. Go to "Company Flight Alias" tab > Select "Add":


  1. Enter Company Alias name > Enter Flight Type (if needed) > Save:


  1. A confirmation message will appear:


  1. Here is how the newly added Alias will appear in the Dashboard or Scheduling Integration module:


  1. After dispatching the Company Name will have the Company Alias listed on the FL fuel request emails:


Note: For this setup to work, the contract fuel pricing still must be under the same contracts/agreements as the main company name (fuel pricing must be the same).
