SUBJECT: How to add FBO Services and Fees 

  1.  Go to the 'FBO Manager' and use the ICAO box to search for the location of your choice to add FBO specific services and fees:


  1. Select the blue button next to the ICAO to expand the location details > click the name of the FBO you would like to edit:


  1. Select 'Add New' under the 'Services & Fees' section:



  1. The 'Add Services' pop up will appear allowing you to enter the service details > select the drop down next to 'Type' to set by aircraft size, type, or tail number > Add avoidance amount if needed:

  1. The newly added fee will appear under 'Services & Fees':

  1. Here is how the fee will appear when the FBO is selected in the Dashboard (or Scheduling Integration):

  1. To edit the fee, select the green icon to the right of the entry or to delete the fee click the red trash can icon:
