1. Within 'FBO Manager' use the ICAO search box to view the location of the FBO:
   

1. Click the blue "+" button to expand FBO options at the ICAO > Click the FBO name to view more details:

1. Within the FBO Details under 'Location Info' select 'Add New':
   

1. The following pop up will appear, enter User FBO Note > Click 'Save':

1. Once the note is saved it will appear in the FBO Notes section:
   

1. To edit the note click the green edit icon or to delete the note click the red trash can icon:
   

1. The User FBO Note can be viewed within the 'Dashboard' (or Scheduling Integration) with the same key features:

Note: Please ensure you have selected the correct FBO within the 'Fuel Price Options' before adding a note.
