SUBJECT: How to Add/Delete an FBO Specific Payment Method

1. Within the 'FBO Manager' use the ICAO search box to find the location of the FBO:
   

1. Expand the FBO list for the ICAO (by clicking the blue '+' button) > Select the FBO name to open the FBO Details page:

1. Select 'Add New' within the 'Payment Methods' section to add the FBO specific payment method:
   

1. Add the preferred payment method then use the drop down to select the appropriate fuel vendor then select 'Save' 
   

1. The payment method will now appear in the FBO Details page in the payment method section:
   

1. Here is how the payment method will appear when the specific FBO is selected in the Dashboard or Scheduling Integration:
   

1. To delete the FBO specific payment method, select the red trash can to the right of the payment method to remove the entry:
   

Please note: If a payment method is added without a a fuel vendor assigned, that payment method will appear for ALL vendors at that FBO at the specific location.
