FuelerLinx USER GUIDE - How to Connect CAA's Pricing

SUBJECT: How to Connect CAA Pricing 
  1. Within the 'Vendor Admin' expand the vendor details for CAA then enter the username.  The username should be the email address used to access CAA directly
    1. Ensure CAA is Enabled
    2. Ensure CAA web service is Enabled
    3. Click "Verify Credentials" to check that your CAA username is valid.
  2. Once added, select 'Save Changes'


  1. If you are not getting a "credentials verified" message, please log in with your credentials at CAA.org.  Once you've logged into CAA.org, please return to FuelerLinx, and update with the same credentials in Vendor Admin.
    1. You can reach CAA support at hq@caa.org for any CAA login assistance.

On the Dashboard or Scheduling Integration, your next quote will show CAA pricing, if available at the quoted location. CAA pricing is automatically updated by the FuelerLinx service. Once you've turned on and verified your CAA credentials, CAA pricing is automatically available as long as your membership with CAA is valid.
