FuelerLinx USER GUIDE - How to Create an Email Rule in Microsoft Outlook

SUBJECT: How to Create an Email Rule in Microsoft

  1. Select the email you would like the rule created for then right click
  2. By right clicking the following will appear. Select ‘Advanced Actions’ then ‘Create rule’


  1. Next select ‘Create a new folder’ and enter a name of your choice


  1. Select the newly created folder then select ‘More Options’


  1. The following screen will appear. Under ‘Add a Condition’ verify the ‘From’ represents the fuel vendor’s email address in which you receive the fuel invoices.
  2. Under ‘Add an action’ add the ‘Forward to’ action then add your FuelerLinx fuel vendor specific email address for invoices
  3. Select ‘Save’ and you’re all set!
