FBOLinx-How to Create an Email Template

How to Create an Email Template, Rev 11.23.2022  

  1. When you log in, you will be directed to the dashboard. Click the “Email Templates” tab. See Screenshot A. 
  2. To create a new email template, click the blue “Add New” button in the upper right corner of your screen. See Screenshot B. 
  3. A window will pop-up that says, “New Email Template.” See Screenshot C. 
    1. The first line, “Name,” is the name you give to this specific email template. This name is only seen internally by your FBO. Flight departments who see this email will not see the name of this template. 
    2. The second line, “Subject,” is the subject of the email that will be sent to flight departments. The subject will be seen by the flight departments that you send this email to. 
    3. The “Enter email body here...” section is where you type the email that you want customers to see. You can add photos and logos to this section and can format the email any way you want to. 
  4. NOTE: To view or edit an email template that you’ve already created, you can click on any of your preexisting email templates. See Screenshot D. 
    1. You will be directed to the view state illustrated in Screenshot E. You can add images, logos, and text in whatever format you want!
