FBOLinx-Navigating the Dashboard
Navigating the Dashboard, Rev 12.07.2022
- When you log into FBOLinx, you will be directed straight to the Dashboard. See Screenshot A.
- The first widget you’ll see is “Pricing Update Generator.” For all things related to updating pricing, please see the “How to Update Pricing” Knowledge Base.
- The next widget you’ll see is “Expired Pricing Lost Opportunities.”
- This section only populates when your pricing is expired/not updated, and a flight department requests a quote from your FBO.
- This widget highlights the importance of always having your pricing updated.
- Ideally, you want to see “No Missed Quotes” in this widget.
- See Screenshot B.
- The next widget is “Flight Watch – Live Flight Tracking.”
- This shows you a live feed of any aircraft within a 300-nm range of your airport. See the “Navigating the Flight Watch” knowledge base for more detailed information of this section of FBOLinx.
- NOTE: You can go directly to the Flight Watch tab by clicking on the widget in your dashboard.
- See Screenshot C.
- The final table you’ll see on your Dashboard is “Lost to Competition.”
- This is a list of flight departments that requested a quote from your FBO but ultimately dispatched fuel at another FBO on your field.
- You can see the Flight Department, tail number, quantity of missed orders, as well as hyperlinks to your Missed Orders and ITP Margin Templates sections.
- This is a good widget to look at to determine whether your pricing could potentially be more competitive for a specific flight department.
- Please see the “Navigating the Fuel Orders Tab” and “How to Create an ITP Margin Template” Knowledge Base guides.
- See Screenshot D.
- The final part of the dashboard are four boxes that give you some quick information about your FBOLinx account in conjunction with FuelerLinx. See Screenshot E.
- Active Flight Departments is a tally of how many flight departments are in the FuelerLinx network AND your FBOLinx network.
- Active Aircraft is a count of how many aircraft are in both the FuelerLinx fleet AND your own FBOLinx network.
- Your Direct FBOLinx Orders lets you know how many directs, through FBOLinx, your FBO has had in the last 30 days.
- FuelerLinx Fuel Order @ICAO indicates how many uplifts have occurred through FuelerLinx at your airport in the past 30 days. (Both through Contract Vendors and Direct Prices.)
