FBOLinx-Navigating the CSR Login

FBOLinx-Navigating the CSR Login

Navigating the CSR Login, Rev 11.02.2022

  1. You will have three main menu options along the left-hand side. See Screenshot A.
  2. Upon logging in, you will be defaulted to the “CSR Dashboard.”
    1. If your FBO has logins other than a CSR login, you will be able to see pricing for specific aircraft. In the area highlighted in Screenshot B, you will be able to look up your FBO’s direct fuel pricing by aircraft, using company name or tail number. Simply search for the name of the flight department and the tail number (if there’s more than one tail). See Screenshot B.
    2. The four boxes below the “Price Lookup” table will show you:
      1. The number of active flight departments in FuelerLinx.
      2. The number of aircraft in FuelerLinx.
      3. The number of direct orders you’ve won as a result of your FBOLinx direct pricing over the past 30 days.
      4. And the number of dispatches at your airport through FuelerLinx in the past 30 days.
    3. See Screenshot C.
  3. The Fuel Orders tab will allow you to see all orders at your FBO placed through the FuelerLinx system.
    1. You can sort and filter by date range, flight department, tail number, contract fuel vendor, direct FBOLinx pricing and more! See Screenshot D.
      1. Please note the date range will only provide historical data from the inception date of your FBOLinx account.
    2. Within the fuel orders tab, on the top of the page, you will see a “Missed Orders” tab. This tab will allow you to see all of the dispatches at your airport that occurred at an FBO other than your own.
      1. Please note: You’re not able to see which FBO they ultimately went to, just that it wasn’t your own.
    3. See Screenshot E.
  4. The Flight Watch tab allows you to see all aircraft within a 300-nm range of your airport.
    1.  Note: All of the tails are unblocked!
    2. Clicking on any aircraft will provide you with information such as: tail number, company name, type of aircraft, and more!
      1. See Screenshot F
    3. This menu option will default to a live map view, but you can view arrivals and departures by selecting the blue chevron along the right-hand side of the screen. See Screenshot G.
    4. Clicking the button circled in Screenshot H will allow you to toggle a number of Flight Watch Settings including whether or not you want to see commercial aircraft, airport identifiers, and taxiways.
      1. See Screenshot H.
