Navigating the Menu, Rev 08.02.2022

Group Administrators of Two or More Locations:
  1. You will have three main menu options along the left-hand side, as circled in blue in Screenshot A.
  2. Your current location within the menu will be highlighted in blue within the menu options, and also be noted at the top of your screen. For example, in Screenshot B you’ll see that “FBO Group” is blue, and that the top says Main/FBOs. Both of these are circled in green.
  3. Your login will Default to the list of FBOs in your FBO Group. You can see this view in Screenshot C, circled in orange. You can select any one of these locations by clicking on it. This will allow you to “assume” that location’s profile. Please see “Navigating the Menu, Individual Locations” for more information.
  4. The Group Analytics menu option will allow you to generate Admin Reports, email customers from all locations, review customer statistics of all locations, review your Fuel Vendor Share from each location individually, and review your Market Share from each location individually. The Group Analytics section is circled in yellow in Screenshot D.
  5. The Group Customers menu option will allow you to see basic information about all customers shared by all of your FBOs. The Group Customers section is highlighted in red in Screenshot E. To see or edit detailed information for any of your customers, please assume any of your individual location FBOs from your FBO Group list.
