FuelerLinx USER GUIDE - How to take a Photo of a Receipt in Mobile 3.0
- Click on the camera button that says 'Receipt Capture' on the bottom center of the screen.
- Click on the 'Use Camera' button
- Take a picture of the receipt by lining it with the blue overlay. Once aligned, it will automatically capture the picture. However, the circle button located on the bottom center of the screen can be used to manually capture the picture. Once you have taken all the pictures you desire, click on the 'Save Button' located on the bottom right.
- After you click on 'Save', a screen to review the captured picture will appears. Once you have confirmed that everything is correct, click on the 'Done' button on the top left corner.
- On the next screen, please review and 'Confirm Service Details'. You can use the bar with the 6 dots to view the picture of the documents as you confirm the data is correctly captured. Then click 'Next'.
- Next review the line items, then click 'Confirm'.
- You will receive a pop-up confirming that the receipts have been added. Click 'Ok'.
Please note if you are using the app offline, you will still be able to save photos in FuelerLinx. Tap the 'Receipt Capture'. Then on the top center 'Click to Resume and Finalize the Entries'. Then you will see the list of receipt pictures recently taken which then can be reviewed and saved.
