Favorite Aircraft Feature, Rev 11.06.2023  

1. The “Favorite” aircraft feature gives you the ability to create a list of tail numbers that will trigger a notification on your FBOLinx account when they are inbound to your airport. 
   
2. You’ll notice a star in the top right corner of your FBOLinx account. (See Screenshot A.) 
   
1. Clicking this star will reveal a list of your favorited aircraft that are inbound to your airport. (See Screenshot B.) 
   
3. You’ll also be notified once we detect that one of your favorited aircraft are inbound to your FBO. This notification will appear no matter what FBOLinx module you’re currently on and will last 15 seconds. (See Screenshot C.) If you miss this notification, you can always click on the star icon to see the list for as long as you’d like.  
   
4. There are two places where you can add a favorite aircraft to your list. 
   
1. The first is the Flight Watch module. Click the star icon next to any of the aircraft in the Arrivals/Departures board. This will add this specific tail number to your “Favorite” list. (See Screenshot D.) 
   
1. NOTE: If the aircraft you want to favorite isn’t a FuelerLinx user, you will need to add them as an “Out-of-Network” customer in the Customer Manager module. 
   
2. The second place to add a favorite aircraft is in the Customer Manager module. 
   
1. You can add an entire flight department by clicking the star next to the flight department’s name (See Screenshot E). 
   
2. Or you can add individual aircraft within a flight department by clicking into the flight department and starring a specific aircraft in the “Aircraft” tab of that customer. (See Screenshot F.)
