  1. Go to Settings > Click Integrations:


  1. Click the Scheduling Program that's already activated (as an example we have Avianis connected to our demo account):


  1. Go to the 'Trip Sheet Notes Dispatch' section > Click 'Select Fields':


  1. Click the checkbox for the desired fields to be displayed on the trip sheet notes > Drag and drop fields to adjust the order of the notes (if needed):

  1. Click Save:


Note: Not all Scheduling Programs have the capability to have FuelerLinx notes written to their system.  To confirm if this feature is compatible with your Scheduling Program, please reach out to support@fuelerlinx.com and we can check for you.
