FuelerLinx USER GUIDE - How to Add a Ramp Fee

SUBJECT - How to Add a Ramp Fee 
  1. When gathering a fuel quote in the Dashboard or Scheduling Integration select the icon in the ramp fee box within the 'Fuel Setup' to view the ramp fee details 


  1. Enter the updated ramp fee details within the 'Ramp Fee' and 'Waived at' boxes 
  2. If you would like to add any details pertaining to the ramp fee, these can be added within the 'Notes'
  3. Select the drop down to apply the ramp fee by tail number, size, or make and model then select 'Save'


  1. You will now see the ramp fees within the appropriate box alongside the audit details marking who applied the ramp fee and when 
  2. If the ramp fee shows 'Reported By' FuelerLinx this indicates the ramp fee was crowd sourced but, if the fee shows to be reported by your team this indicates the fee was added by a member of your team directly 
  3. To view the full ramp fee details, select the 'Ramp Fee Notes' tab
  4. If you would like to adjust the ramp fee note, select the green icon within the 'Ramp Fee Notes' section 


  1. Adjust the details as needed then select 'Save'
