1. Within the 'Vendor Admin' select the blue button next to the appropriate Vendor name to expand the vendor details > Click 'Add Note' on the right hand side:

1. The following pop up will appear allowing you to enter the note details > click 'Save' to add the User Vendor Note:

1. To edit the existing note select the green edit icon or to delete the note select the red trash can icon:
