FuelerLinx USER GUIDE - Note Types

SUBJECT: Note Types
  1. Fuel Vendor Notes: note from the fuel vendor about the selected price
  2. Custom Order Notes: a one-time note that gets sent to the selected fuel vendor in the fuel request email 
  3. User Vendor Notes: a note entered by your team about the fuel vendor that will appear each time that fuel vendor is selected (can be set in the Vendor Admin)
  4. User Airport Notes: a note entered by your team about that specific airport and that note will appear each time that ICAO is selected (can be set in the FBO Manager)
  5. User FBO Notes: a note entered by your team about a specific FBO at a specific ICAO, the note will appear each time this FBO is selected at that specific airport (can be set in the FBO Manager)
  6. Ramp Fee Notes: a note added by your team in the ramp fee box that is dependent on the aircraft make/model selected
