FuelerLinx USER GUIDE - How to Send a Trip Summary

SUBJECT: How to Send a Trip Summary
  1. Sending a Trip Summary gives you the ability to provide the trip and fuel vendor details to your team 
  2. Within the Dashboard or Scheduling Integration select the Gold Hamburger once you've gotten a fuel quote to be given the option to Send a Trip Summary 


  1. Once you have done so the following pop up will appear allowing you to confirm the Summary Type as well as the recipients 


  1. This can also be done within the Dispatch Confirmation by selecting 'Send Current Trip Summary' 
  2. When sending a Trip Summary within the Dispatch Confirmation the summary will be sent to the selected members
