FuelerLinx USER GUIDE - Some Transactions May be Safe to Cancel

SUBJECT: Some Transactions May be Safe to Cancel

This prompt will appear in Transactions 2.0 when it's recommended to cancel a Pending transaction that's no longer valid.  Our system detects if there was a major trip change that may void the originally dispatched trip (such as changes with the ICAO, date/time greater than 12 hours, tail, etc.).  This feature helps lessen the amount of Pending transactions in your FuelerLinx account for uplifts that didn't take place.
  1. Go to Transactions 2.0 > click "Here" in the banner:

  1. A list of "Pending" transactions will appear that are suggested for cancellation since the trip has changed.  The "Reason" column will give insight on why the cancellation is suggested:

  1. To cancel, click the check box of the specific fueling > Click "Cancel Selected Transactions":

Note: Transactions cancelled through this section will send notification to the vendor for future/upcoming trips.  For trips that already occurred, cancelling through this section will simply cancel the transaction without notifying the vendor.
