FuelerLinx USER GUIDE - Transactions 3.0

SUBJECT: Transactions 3.0 Overview 

FuelerLinx Transactions 3.0 features our newest, most streamlined design of the Transactions module. This updated view provides users with all key transaction details at a glance, making it an ideal option for teams that want to access essential information quickly and efficiently

The homepage of the Transactions 3.0 design features brand new capabilities such as the ability to: 
  1. See if your team has been billed by a fuel vendor for tails that are not listed within their account. This can be done by navigating to the 'You have invoiced transactions waiting to be added.' pop up: 


  1. Determine if a fuel order needs to be canceled. This can be done by navigating to the pop up along side the option 'Some transactions may be safe to cancel. View them here.': 


  1. Customize the default view by adjusting the selections within the columns drop down: 


This module also offers a new and improved Transactions Details page design. Within this page, the key trip details are listed at the top while the additional details such as the trip number and FuelerLinx ID are listed within the 'Transaction Info', please see below: 




The first section of the Transaction Details page features three tabs: Transaction, Notes, and History
  1. The 'Transaction' tab applies the line items from the invoice seen within the 'Attachments' section. This section will list each line item and the corresponding charge type (Fuel or Service). You can also access the 'Compare Prices' tool from this tab which allows your team to compare the dispatched and invoice rate to the other rates on the field, please see below: 


  1. Below the invoice details within the 'Transaction' tab, there is a new overview which gives a quick breakdown of the charges listed within the invoice organized by Fuel or Service fees, please see below:    



  1. The 'Notes' tab allows your team to view any notes relevant to the transaction:

  1. The 'History' tab will show an audit log of any changes made to the transaction:
