FuelerLinx USER GUIDE - Transactions 2.0 - Notes
SUBJECT: Notes within Transactions 2.0
- Within the transaction, select the 'Notes' tab to view the notes related to this transaction
- Use the arrow icon on the right hand side to expand the note details
- You have the ability to view past notes by selecting the toggle beside 'Show Deleted Notes'
- You can also add a note to the transaction by expanding the 'Order Notes' details and selecting 'Add'
- Once you have selected 'Add' the following pop up will appear allowing you to enter the note details
- As you see below, each note will be date and time stamped at the time of entry
- Select 'Save' once you've entered the note details
