FBOLinx-How to Update Pricing

How to Update Pricing, Rev 12.05.2022 

  • The FBOLinx dashboard is the first page you’ll see when you log into your FBOLinx account. See Screenshot A. 

  • The most important aspect of the dashboard is your “Pricing Update Generator.” This is where you update your pricing.  

    • To publish your cost and retail enter these values in their respective sections and click the “Publish” button on the righthand side of the table. See Screenshot B. 

    • Once your prices are published, they will display in the upper-right hand corner of the screen. See Screenshot C. 

      • NOTE: Only individuals with an FBOLinx login at your FBO are able to see your cost. Flight departments do not see your cost, this information is proprietary to you!

      • OPTIONAL: You have the option of adding sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) pricing to your FBOLinx account.   

        • To do this first click your name in the upper right corner. See Screenshot D. 
        • Next click “Account Profile.” See Screenshot E. 
        • After that, click the “Products” tab on the far right and toggle SAF on or off. See Screenshot F. SAF pricing is updated the same way Jet-A pricing is.  
      • You also have the ability to set when your prices become effective and expire. See Screenshot G.
      • Using the effective/expiration feature, you can also stage your prices for the following week if you receive your updated price notification a day early. This is done in the exact same way as updating your current pricing. The only difference is instead of clicking “Publish,” you click “Stage.”  
        • We strongly recommend doing this, if possible, so that you don’t miss any requested quotes! (See "Navigating the Dashboard.)
