FBOLinx-How to Integrate Your X1 and FBOLinx Accounts
How to Integrate FBOLinx and X1, Rev 03.03.2023
First, login to your X1 account and choose FBO Settings from the left-hand menu. In the “FuelerLinx” tab on the top of the screen, select “Set the connection. See Screenshot A.
A popup will open and ask you for your FBOLinx login credentials. You will also be asked to sign back into your X1 account.
Your connection is now set!
Next, go to the Fuel Prices section of your Pricing tab. This is circled in orange in Screenshot B. Your raw cost will be pushed into your FBOLinx account. This is circled in blue in Screenshot B. We will need to add any taxes that make up the difference between your raw cost and all-in cost. These taxes are circled in green in Screenshot B.
Next, log into your FBOLinx account. You’ll notice that your Pricing Update Generator, is set to “automated.” This is circled in orange in Screenshot C. Click on the “Taxes and Fees” button to input your taxes/fees. This is circled in yellow in Screenshot C.
Next, add each tax line item by clicking “Add New.” This is circled in blue in Screenshot D.
Please note, a sales tax is often “below the line” and FET is typically “above the line”. If you have certain customers that are exempt from the taxes you are adding, please let us know and we can show you how to exempt specific customers from specific taxes.
In any cost-plus ITP Margin template, your sub-total line item, circled in green should now match the “week cost” number in your X1 account. See Screenshot E.
