FBOLinx-Navigating the Fuel Orders Tab

FBOLinx-Navigating the Fuel Orders Tab

Navigating the Fuel Orders Tab, Rev 12/19/2022

  1. Click on the Fuel Orders tab. See Screenshot A.
  2. You will see a page that looks similar to the one in Screenshot B
    1. You’re able to see all sorts of useful information including, but not limited to the flight department, the tail number, and the source of the uplift. See Screenshot B.
  3. In the upper left corner of the table, you can search by flight department, tail number, and more! You can also adjust the date to any range you wish to see.
    1. See Screenshot C.
  4. NOTE: You’re able to export all of this data as well as adjust the order of columns/what columns you wish to see by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen.
    1. See Screenshot D.
  5. This section is useful to determine the health of your FBOLinx account. For example, if you see an uplift with the source “FuelerLinx” and the Price-per-Gallon (PPG) listed, this is a direct order. The more of these you see the better! See Screenshot E.
    1. This section is also useful to collect payments that may be due. The ability to see the flight department, tail number, and time of arrival allows you to double check your books and make sure payment has been received for the fuel uplifted!
  6. You’re also able to see Missed Orders. These are uplifts that occurred at your airport but went to your competition. The Missed Orders section is found at the top of the Fuel Orders page.
    1. See Screenshot F.
  7. The missed orders section will look similar to Screenshot G.
    1. This is a great section to utilize to determine flight departments whose business you might be able to earn with more competitive pricing!
    2. Similar to the Fuel Orders section, you can filter by company, tail, and date range. You can also export this data into an Excel spreadsheet!
