Trips 2.0 is our new and improved design of the Scheduling Integration module! ! Trips 2.0 features a redesign of the Scheduling Integration that gives you a bird’s-eye view of your trips and allows for quoting multiple tails at once. It’s now much easier to identify which trips still need fuel ordered, helping streamline your team's workflow.

Trips 2.0 features a redesign of the Scheduling Integration that gives you a bird’s-eye view of your trips and allows for quoting multiple tails at once. It’s now much easier to identify which trips still need fuel ordered, helping streamline your team's workflow.
- To access Trips 2.0, select the Trips 2.0 module on the left hand menu:
- To view the leg details per tail, select the pointer icon
- Get a fuel quote by selecting the check box next to the desired tail/trip
- In order to view the contract rates available, select the Fuel Price Options drop down
- Select the pointer icon beside the leg to view additional details such as Ramp fees, Fuel Vendor Notes, and more!
- Once you've selected the desired fuel option for each leg, select Dispatch Fuel
- The following pop up will appear allowing your team to review the selected details and complete the dispatch
- Select Dispatch to place the fuel release request
